Jennifer is a trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapist currently studying a masters in CBT at ICHAS. With a background in applied psychology, Jennifer has extensive experience creating strong therapeutic relationships, providing clients with empathy and compassion, to create a safe supportive and non-judgemental environment. Jennifer is passionate about working collaboratively with clients when developing therapeutic goals and gaining a better understanding of the challenging thoughts and emotions experienced by the client, to help them improve their well-being.
Jennifer has a keen interest in promoting a self-compassionate therapeutic approach. Incorporating mindfulness and relaxation techniques to the client reach their goals while promoting acceptance, awareness and self- compassion. Jennifer works with a range of issues including, anxiety, social anxiety and public speaking, low-mood, low self-esteem, personal development, eating issues, relationship difficulties and phobias.
